Ux for Continued Education Platform

Role: Ux Design, Visual Design, Research, Strategy, Marketing

Business Challenges: 

Improve bounce rate and increase sales on Kudos website.

Solution: 

* Redesigned key sections of website

* Sharpened navigation and improved information architecture

* Improve visual design across multiple touch-points for mobile & desktop to better align with branding

Design Approach: 

UX Audit - Determine all inconsistencies within the website

Heuristic Evaluation - Confirm all revisions are functional and legible for end user

Identify End User - Conclude our design is for Estheticians and Cosmetologists

Visual Ui Design - Create visual consistency with branding and functionality

Analytics - Research the bounce rate and session time to understand possible causes of user behavior

Hi-Fidelity Wireframes - Present revisions to the founder of Kudos

Mobile Responsive - Majority of end users use mobile

Additional:  

Determine marketing strategy and create digital assets to drive traffic to Kudos website.

HIgh-Fidelity mobile wireframe to improve usability with a CTA

Sequence of Hi-Fidelity desktop options for a CTA to utilize real estate on the hero.
